The goal in our design approach is to understand your emotional inspiration and transform it into a visual reality, all within a practical environment. The design process is create within equal parts inspiration and action. Do not limit yourself to budget or constrain your vision by what you currently see. We can start with what you already have, or shop for your style to obtain what you love. I want to help you create environments that seem fresh, new, updated and comfortable for you and your family. We will review and edit the inspiration for your budget as we go with achievable sourcing to accomplish the look and feel you want, so you will be overjoyed to come home.

Consultation for the DIY

$250

In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Design Report to write down everything that needs to be done in the main areas of your home, so that they shine! This DIY service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the design work yourself in the form of a detailed, design report.

The in-home consultation can take up to 2 hours and we will cover the following:

Detailed phone interview in order to completely understand your project, style and preferences
Recommended furniture arrangement and flow
De-cluttering, rearranging and optimizing space in each room
Highlighting architectural features and freshening up each room with color advice
Lighting, window treatments and accessory arrangement
Color advice and emotional connection points in each space, so you love the look of each space!

You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List and suggested Vendor List to help you complete the design process and set you well on your way to a gorgeous looking home!

Power of Mini-Makeover

+ $450

After the Consultation, you want a little kick start help to the project. This design service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the detailed Design Report and working together to start rearranging the main areas of the home. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!

This service includes up to 4 hours and we will cover:

Walk through the Kitchen design and organizational strategies
Main living area design and emotional connection point set up
Main bathroom design, and items to refresh
If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas
If you are not seeing the vision for the shopping list, we will even bring in design accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing your home

After this 4 hour session you will start seeing it all come together to take the rest of your rooms to the finish line. If you want more help, no problem, I can help on an hourly as needed basis! ($75 of the initial consult fee will be credited back if you request more hours with me to help)

1Day Home-makeover

+ $1500

Do you have a larger home or larger project area of work that needs to be done? NO PROBLEM! This service simply extends my time (after the Consultation) to include 10 hours of pre shopping for items and up to 10 hours of setup in your home. I will follow the detailed Design Report and stick to the shopping budget to tackle the Main areas of the home.

If you need further assistance to help with tackling repairs, painting, or wall feature re-do's, I will work with you and your budget to find the right vendor to assist. My hourly rate $75 will apply with time spent to manage the project completion. ($100 of the initial consult fee will be credited back if you request more hours with me to help)

Additional Design Services

Don’t have the time or shopping is just not your thing? Maybe you don't know what trade support to call to manage your remodel? That is where I can step in and support you the whole way through getting the look you were dreaming about to FEEL HOME.

Power Sourcing & Shopping the Trade

We’ll create a budget (for the overall project and items needed) and I will shop for those fixtures, furniture, window treatments, artwork and accent accessories that add the WOW factor to each space in your home. I’m an expert in sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices! There are many vendors that provide me discounts, enhanced shipping and priority customer service as your designer.

($75/hour for my fee invoiced by the job)

Project Manager for Remodel & Support to Contractors

You don’t have the time or just not sure what the contractor is saying? I can be the middle person to manage the process and help make it a little easier. Design and scope can be discussed with our Design report review and help you with all the heavy lifting and time management of the contractors.

($100/hour for my fee invoiced weekly)

One of Kind - Artwork or Wall Murals
